Although Vila Maia was classified at 3 stars, the apartments in the villa were completely renovated and they are 4-star by any standards. With a usable area of 60 sqm, Vila Maia has the following structure:
• living room with new furniture, sofa which can be used and two adults or two children, refrigerator, coffee maker, TV, free wi-fi;
• bedroom with new furniture, double bed, TV and air conditioning;
• jacuzzi bath tub, toilet, bidet, dryer, new ceramic tiles (all facilities are the last generation);
• fully equipped dressing ( including mirror);
• All apartments are fully carpeted and include two chaise longue at the complex’s beach as well as one guaranteed free parking space.
The maximum capacity of an apartment is 5 persons (3 adults and 2 children).
Facilities:
• First child up to 11.99 years old receives free meals, according to the package purchased by the adult;
• Second child up to 11.99 years old pays 30% of the value of the meal purchased by an adult;
• The second child over 12 years old pays 60% of the value of the meal purchased by an adult.
These facilities are available for the 5th person without an extra bed.
If an extra bed is requested, the rates are as follows:
• children up to 11.99 years old pay 30% of the package (accommodation + meals) acquired by an adult
• children over 12 years old pay 60% of the package (accommodation + meals) acquired by an adult
• 3rd person over 12 years pay 75% of one place in the apartment
